The Community Awarenes on Road Safety Program (CARS)

The project underscores our commitment to ensuring the safety of all road users and enhancing post-crash victim management. It also focuses on strengthening institutional capacity to effectively respond to road traffic incidents. Currently, the project is being implemented in five sub-counties of Adjumani District, in collaboration with the Adjumani District Local Government and the Uganda Police Service.

Our Women’s Economic Empowerment Project is transforming lives by positioning women at the heart of the agricultural value chain. Through targeted skills training, improved market access, and inclusive financial opportunities, we equip women with the tools to grow, earn, and lead. As a result, refugee and host community women in Adjumani are not only building resilient and sustainable livelihoods-they are becoming powerful drivers of household stability and local economic growth.”

The SRHR Program

“Our Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Program is empowering over 1,200 students across four secondary schools in Adjumani District with life-changing knowledge and skills. We go beyond information-equipping young people with the confidence, awareness, and decision-making power they need to take control of their health, protect their rights, and shape a brighter, more secure future.”

Hospital Indoor Air Quality Management Project
Clean air saves lives. This project enhances the quality of air in hospitals to create safer spaces for patients and healthcare workers. By improving ventilation, monitoring air pollutants, and promoting good infection prevention practices, we’re helping hospitals deliver healthier, more resilient care.
